Shipping Policy

Where we ship
Mee Thyme currently ships only to delivery addresses within California. Orders are available to adults 21 and older.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with available tracking information.

Warm-weather shipping
Chocolate is sensitive to heat. We ship during warmer months when weather conditions allow, but we may adjust or delay shipment dates during periods of high temperatures to help protect your order in transit. If weather conditions affect when your order can ship, we’ll let you know.

Delivery conditions
Once an order has shipped, delivery timing may be affected by the carrier or other circumstances outside our control. We recommend tracking your shipment and bringing the package indoors as soon as possible after delivery, particularly during warm weather.

Shipping address
Please review your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment.

Problems with delivery
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially affected in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box. We’ll review the issue and follow up with next steps.
