Because Mee Thyme chocolate is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Problems with an order
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially affected in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box. We’ll review the issue and follow up with next steps.

Refunds
If a refund is approved following our review, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
